Within the framework of a service contract, the complete mechanical functionality of the retractable supply posts is checked on a regular basis and wearing parts are replaced in good time. The electrical repeat test according to VDE 0105 (Part 1) to maintain the proper condition of electrical equipment is also part of the maintenance service.
If it turns out during the maintenance of the plant that a repair has to be made or spare parts have to be exchanged, this will be done directly with your approval, if possible, so that you can save separate travel times and travel costs.

Retractable supply posts with spindle drive
Apply commercially available silicone spray from above into the spindle drive and operate the spindle drive several times.

Check the cover bearing for foreign bodies and dirt and clean if necessary.
Check the circuit breaker for the heater. If this is switched on, there may be a heating malfunction.

Underfloor distributor with hinged cover
There may be damage to the gas spring(s), which must then be replaced professionally.
Care should be taken when replacing them, so please contact our customer service first for more information.
To prevent the problem in general, the underfloor manifold should be opened regularly (1-2 times a month) to ensure the correct function of the gas spring.
Check the perforated grille for any dirt and remove it.
If the problem persists, a backwater in the drainage system could be the cause.
